Inezmarie Schaut

Attorney

Inezmarie is licensed to practice law in North and South Carolina, and represents clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in both states. She is following her passion of helping people and representing the interests of injured individuals. Inezmarie has experience with all types of workers’ compensation claims and personal injury cases, and has successfully handled thousands of workers’ compensation and personal injury claims during her 17 years of practice.  She knows that this is more than just a case for her clients; it is their livelihood.  Inezmarie prides herself on providing excellent customer service, and ensuring her clients receive proper medical care and the benefits to which they are entitled.

Inezmarie was raised on Long Island, New York and attended college at the State University of New York at Albany where she received a degree in business administration. While at SUNY Albany, Inezmarie volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician in the college’s student run ambulance core, Five Quad. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2007 from Touro College Jacob D Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, NY. Following law school, Inezmarie moved to Charlotte to begin her practice of law. The experience she has gained, and the relationships she has built over her 17 years of practicing in Charlotte has allowed her to achieve the best results for her clients.

Outside of work Inezmarie enjoys watching Panthers football, traveling, trying new local restaurants, golfing, and spending time with her husband Nick, and their two children Camden and Olivia.
