Holland is a North Carolina board certified workers’ compensation specialist. She grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and graduated from Duke University with a degree in environmental science and policy in 2002. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami and moved back to North Carolina in 2005 to be closer to family.
She began her career as an attorney defending insurance companies and employers in workers’ compensation claims. Holland has successfully handled thousands of workers’ compensation claims over her ten years as a practicing attorney and she has appeared before many Deputy Commissioners, the Full Commission, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She has experience with all types of workers’ compensation cases including traumatic injury by accidents, occupational diseases, and other catastrophic injuries.
Holland is now representing injured workers and helping them obtain all of the benefits to which they are entitled. Her prior experience and knowledge of the workers’ compensation system help her achieve outstanding results for her clients.
Outside of work Holland enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling. She is also a Board Member of Kids’ Chance of NC, and enjoys volunteering in her community through her church, Providence Baptist Church.
