Gwen joined Oxner + Permar in 2016. She is from Springfield, IL and now resides in Stokesdale, NC.
Gwen was hired as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer in August of 2022. This role includes the oversight of the firm’s day to day operations, including systems, resources, marketing, and people.
Gwen started with Oxner + Permar in 2016 as their Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO her focus was strategic marketing with data driven results.
She graduated from The University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2001. Since graduation, Gwen has had a career path that includes owning her own business, managing sales and creative teams, as well as implementing strategic planning for organizations, and directing creative teams to obtain effective creative assets.
Outside of work, Gwen enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and three dogs.
